We often assume that our energy will be reciprocated, only to realize that it doesn’t always work that way. In a world where common sense isn’t so common, it becomes necessary to accept that not everyone will share our vision or enthusiasm.
But you know what? I’m not disappointed. If I embarked on this path out of a genuine love for writing, then why should external validation dictate my joy?
